Study Says Eat Olive Oil to Boost Bone Health

Well, here’s another reason for us to eat lots of delicious Chilean Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

A new study released by the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism found that men that had eaten a Mediterranean Diet rich in Olive Oil (and olives) had a higher level of a protein called Osteocalcin in their bones that is linked to higher bone density and overall bone health, making them less susceptible to osteoporosis and fractures.
